How it All Started

My name is Raimonda Banaite, but you can call me Rai. Originally from Lithuania, my journey in beauty industry began in London over 20 years ago, where I built a thriving career as a beauty therapist. 

As a natural leader and visionary, I’m driven by curiosity and a relentless desire to grow. My Gemini spirit has always pushed me to explore new techniques and approaches. However, I realised my true calling was in advanced skin treatments, where I could directly empower individuals through transformative care. Six years ago, I qualified as an Aesthetician specialising in facials, deepening my knowledge of skin health and regeneration.

Having faced my own skin challenges, I deeply understand how important it is to feel confident in your own skin. Last year, I took a permanent makeup course, where I became a qualified Permanent Make-up artist, allowing me to further enhance natural beauty through precision and artistry. My approach is holistic, combining innovative methods and technologies with active ingredients that truly work for skin regeneration—without the use of toxins. I believe in enhancing the skin’s natural regenerative processes to achieve healthy, long-lasting results.

My philosophy extends beyond skin-deep beauty. I believe in the power of holistic wellness—the deep connection between our physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual selves. True transformation happens when these elements align.
