At Rai’s Touch Clinic, we strive to provide a seamless and personalized experience for all our clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency, please review our appointment booking policy:

Booking Process

• Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email.

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service.

Confirmation

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee or full amount of service.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may need to be shortened to ensure other clients are not inconvenienced.
