Refunds are not available for completed treatments, as results may vary based on individual circumstances. We encourage clients to discuss any concerns during their consultation to ensure the best possible outcome.

Deposits for appointments are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Skincare products purchased in-clinic are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please inspect your products upon purchase and notify us immediately if there are any issues.
