• Booking Process: Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via email. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, which will be applied to the final cost of your service.

• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your appointment is scheduled. Please verify the details and notify us promptly if corrections are needed.

• Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened to avoid disruption to other scheduled clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and retain any deposit.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will incur the full service charge.

Patch Tests: For certain treatments, a patch test may be required at least 48 hours before the procedure. This ensures you are not allergic to the products used.

• Pricing: All prices listed on our website, promotional materials, or communicated to you are subject to change without prior notice. However, prices confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.

• Deposits: Deposits are required for certain services to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the appointment.

• Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods specified on our website. Full payment must be made at the time of service.

• Services: Due to the nature of beauty treatments, we do not offer refunds for completed services. Results may vary based on individual skin types, conditions, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

• Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if adequate notice is provided.

• Products: Products purchased from our clinic are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase. Defective products must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

• Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, or skin conditions before undergoing any treatment. Failure to do so may result in adverse reactions, for which Rai’s Touch Clinic will not be held liable.

• If you experience any unusual reactions following a treatment, contact us immediately for advice. We will provide aftercare support but are not liable for issues arising from non-compliance with aftercare instructions.

• We maintain a clean and hygienic environment and adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations.

• While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients, Rai’s Touch Clinic is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing medical conditions or allergies not disclosed during the consultation.

  • Reactions caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

  • Results that differ due to individual skin types, conditions, or healing processes.

• Any dissatisfaction with a service must be reported within 7 days for review. We may offer corrective services at our discretion but do not guarantee refunds.

• Unauthorized use of our website or its content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
